Gain an understanding of how TransactionDesk® thinks, learn how to set up transactions quickly and efficiently, and practice using AuthentiSIGN®.

TransactionDesk® is a new AAR member benefit which includes all of the real estate forms created by AAR, your local association and MLS. TransactionDesk® is loaded with the tools you need to begin and close a real estate transaction quickly and accurately.

TransactionDesk® includes:

  • AuthentiSign® E-Signature Tool. Legally e-sign documents and forms online (optional)
  • InstanetForms®. Cloud based forms and contracts. PC, Mac, Smart Phone and Tablet compatible.
  • DocBox®. The complete paperless cloud document management and storage solution.
  • InstanetFax®. Unlimited inbound and outbound including paper fax to email.
  • Broker Dashboard. Manage all of your Agents' documents and transactions.
