Be a part of this exciting opportunity to learn about the resort area and second-home specialty and fulfill one of the core certification requirements for the RSPS Certification!

The Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification is for REALTORS® who specialize in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in resort, recreational, and vacation destinations.

What does it mean to be an RSPS?
RSPS is recognized as an official NAR Certification. It allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a REALTOR® who specializes in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational or vacation destination, to assist them with their search.

The Resort & Second-Home Markets course is one of the core education requirements for the RSPS certification and fulfills the elective course requirement for the ABR® and GRI designations.

Cancellation Policy: Fees will be refunded less a $25.00 service charge if written notification is received 48 hours prior to class. After that, no refunds will be given. No-shows forfeit all fees.

Presentation Notice
This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. Zoom information to join the class will be shared in a reminder email the day before and the day of class.

Important Technical and Format Details
Per ADRE remote class guidelines for CE credit, you must be in camera view at all times. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late.
