3 Hours Contract Law Credit 

Gain a clear understanding of the three primary phases of a residential resale escrow. Examine the Buyer Advisory’s role in due diligence, review updates to the BINSR form—including the addition of “address”—and confirm key timeframes and potential outcomes within the BINSR process.

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS

Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late.
