This is a FREE Class for WeSERV Members

In this class, you'll identify your role in qualifying property to get it ready for listing. You'll review "red flag" issues and the impact they can have on disclosures, inspections, appraisals, and ultimately – the closing. It will include scenarios that will carry through each class unit, highlighting the buyer's and seller's perspectives of the process.
