The clashing of these two worlds can be trouble for a REALTOR® who is bound to the Code of Ethics and Requirements for Licensees. Does your post meet the advertising requirements set forth by the Commissioner? We'll look at examples of agents getting into trouble on social media and see if you can pass the test on whether a post is fit to go live or should go straight to the trash!
