Description

Maricopa Association of Governments is joining us to talk about how transportation planning and community development go hand in hand across the region. Peter Burnett, MAG's Socioeconomic Data Manager, will speak to the Census, housing, and employment data that shapes how the region grows and plans for the future. Arminta Syed, MAG's Transportation Policy and Initiatives Program Manager, will cover current transportation investments funded through the county's half-cent sales tax, including the Freeway and Transit Life Cycle Programs. Come hear how these two pieces fit together and what's ahead for Maricopa County.
