I work the bridge between realtors and home inspectors so deals close, agents look smart, and inspectors stay booked. After years inspecting homes across the Phoenix metro, I got tired of watching good deals die over bad communication around the BINSR. Stirling AI exists to fix that.

We build AI-powered marketing and workflow systems for home inspectors who want more agent referrals and for realtors who want a home expert in their corner. Original House Doctor is our brand for the realtor side. The Stirling AI agency handles the inspector side. Same mission either direction.

Stirling is named after my son. The name comes from the Battle of Stirling Bridge, part of our Scottish family history. The bridge is the metaphor. It's the work.
