About

Maria has been in the financial industry for over 30 years. She is with Credit Union west as the Community Impact & Business Development Manager.

Maria has served on several boards throughout the Valley.  OCJ Kids, HAREP Hispanic Association of Real Estate Professionals as well as with the Palo Verde Council for Special Olympics.  She currently services; Mujer Inc., West-MEC Affiliates, Pendergast Elementary School Foundation, Women’s Council Realtors, Buckeye Elementary School District Foundation and on the Glendale Chamber of Commerce on the board as well as the treasurer for the Military & Veterans Affairs committee, a member of the Public Policy and Diversity Equity & Inclusion committee. She was also the 2022 & 2023 Director for West Valley Women and the 2023 Affiliate Chair for the West Valley WeSERV and Community Involvement Chair 2024-25. Prescott Valley Chamber - Hispanic Business Association board member. She was named Women of Scottsdale’s 2022 woman of the year.
