Dues for new and returning REALTORS® may vary depending on the time of year you join and proration terms for NAR, AAR, and WeSERV. If you were a member last year, NAR and AAR will charge full annual dues for the current year. Note that dues are non-refundable and non-transferable, and REALTOR® association membership runs annually from January 1 to December 31.
