Everyone is welcome! You don’t need to have a home on the tour to attend and visit the properties! If you would like to attend a tour but don’t currently have a home scheduled to be on tour, please contact the Tour Coordinator for availability and a current tour schedule. Before showing up to attend the tours, please contact the tour coordinators to confirm that the tour is still scheduled.

Getting on a Marketing Home Tour is an easy and rewarding process. Follow this simple guide, and you’ll be well on your way to marketing your next home tour.

Step One 

Locate the Tour Coordinator for the city you wish to participate in.

Step Two 

Submit the MLS Buyer Page to the appropriate Tour Coordinator.

Step Three 

The Tour Coordinator will contact you within 24-48 hours with detailed information that includes:

• Date as to when your home will be shown.
• The time when the Home Tour will commence.
• The location of the Home Tour meeting.
• Contact information should you have any additional questions.
