However\, it is key to informing the public (client) about the duties that the Licensee will perform\, informing them about the Buyer Advisory and how to best protect themselves through the Due Diligence period afforded them in the Purchase Contract. It is also important that the public understand that the Buyer Broker Agreement is the employment contract\, how their real estate agent gets paid and by whom and Agency is how the Licensee provides representation. Lastly\, it sets the stage for the Client to better understand what to expect during the buying process including what services will be provided by the Licensee\, sample forms that will be utilized during the transaction and expectations of each party.Instructor\, Dena GreenawaltPresentation Notice\nThis class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing.
