We are searching for successful WeSERV members under 40 years of age who represent our industry in a positive light and contribute to the community. Please submit your nominations by February 28, 2026.

*The applicant must meet the age requirement: Born in 1985 or later and be the age of 40 or under as of January 1, 2026.

Do you know someone:
• Who is a young trailblazer in the community making a name for themselves?
• Devotes hours utilizing their talents in the community and industry?
• Supports the advancement of the real estate profession by volunteering their time to serve on various committees or mentoring new real estate professionals?

The nominee will be sent (2) options for applying:
1.) Individually or
2.) Team Categories:  REALTOR® Team: 2 - 5 people, REALTOR® Team: 6 - 10 people
REALTOR® Team: 11+ people

The nominated individuals and teams will have a chance to be award recipients during this year's YPN 40 Under 40 Awards Ceremony on Thursday, April 3, 2025 from 6:00-9:00 PM at the Avion Center, 1733 E. Northrop Blvd., Chandler, AZ 85286

This year, the awards will consist of:

• (25) Individual
• (5) REALTOR® Teams of 2 - 5 people
• (5) REALTOR® Teams of 6 - 10 people
• (5) REALTOR® Teams of 11+ people
